Due to the nature of skincare products,all sales are final.

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

• Product is damaged upon delivery
• Incorrect item was received

To request a return:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos of the issue
• Product must be unused and unopened

If approved:

• Replacement or store credit will be issued

We do not accept returns for:

• Opened or used products
• Skin reactions
• Incorrect product selection

Shipping costs for approved returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was ours.

We process and ship orders within 1–2 business days.

Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

Shipping times vary based on location but typically arrive within 2–5 business days.

• Free Shipping on orders over $150

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
